Our classes are designed to ensure your child is learning while having fun. Through a variety of physical and social activities and exercises that will appropriately challenge motor skills and coordination for your child’s confidence and well-being.
Our rotating curriculum has been created to ensure variability and growth. Our coaches are friendly and fun, also capable and competent making sure they give each child their complete effort and attention. From crawling, to climbing, to bouncing, and to navigating obstacle courses, we will motivate your child with awesome positive energy and challenges at every skill level.
Our Instructors: All of our classes are instructor-led with a 6:1 child to instructor ratio.

Movers n’ Groovers
Instructor-led, parent-assisted. Parents will be hands-on during the 50 minute class.

What We Do: Our movement and coordination classes will get your child active & motivated through fun games and activities.
What to Expect: The caregiver is required to be present and active in class the entire time. This will be a time to bond with your little one through active play.

Big Kids
Instructor-led fitness classes for ages 4-12 years old
DynamicFit! Agility Classes
Instructor-led, drop-off class. Parents can stay in the facility outside of the gym area or remain within a five-minute drive.
Ages: 4-12 years old
Format: Instructor-led | 6:1
Duration: 50 minutes
What We Do: Our Youth Training Program is designed to enhance and improve motivation, motor skill development, physical fitness, and foundational core strength. Through agility drills, obstacle courses, and fun games our classes will develop an enjoyment for being active and a desire for challenge.
What to Expect: This class is a great way to keep your child moving through the week. The curriculum and coaches can help create and increase athleticism and motivation for an active healthy lifestyle.
